HMR's Premier Program For Weight Management

Patients were excluded if they did not have continuous enrollment in the program between the time of initiation and completion of the HRA or if they did not have completed biometric values

In Phase 1 (weight loss), members follow a highly structured, nutritionally complete diet designed to reduce decisions and support satiety.
In Phase 2 (long term maintenance), members reduce their reliance on HMR foods as they create a diet of mostly lean proteins, whole grains, vegetables, and fruit.
